Flexible Printed Circuit divided in single-sided, double-sided and multi-layer FPC.The copper coverlay of the FPC is polyimide.Polyimide's heat resistance and dimension stability is fine. The finished product is pressed through cover film which has machine protection and electrical resistance. Double-sided and multi-layer FPC's surface, inner layer and inner layer conductor are electrical linked to inner and outer layer through metalizing.
