Try to stuff my faculties with satisfied work, working with friendly mates, reading worthy books, watching great movies, learning what I deeply interest ,is the only way spreading in front of me that I really enjoy and ready to take. I've heard about this kinda theory of how to improve self confidence. It said, even you don't want to stuck in pain or grief, you must face it, you must live through it. That's is what I learned from reality several months before.

Again, I appreciate for the unbearable period of time then, eventually, I came through, I made myself stronger in heart. Anyway, I got to know the real definition of strong. Never use other way or exercise like listening to the music, hanging out with friend or any guy, nor dancing nor shopping, just face what tense your throat and make your stomach suck, try to go to deep sleep, and when you open your eyes after a tolerate night, you'll find 'tomorrow is another day' is a broadly -agreed truth.

Even now, the recall will still make me feel suck, I can come over it over and over, times after times, how can I say? It's my fate to be required and somehow obliged. I still got an hope with that jerk's horrible and grieved end. What a jerk I've ever met. Nobody will exceed in my opinion, I've never met with this kinda of self-aggrandizing man, a definite liar, a really jerk, a disguising scum. I will never believe this sort of 'thing' can end with happiness, to hell with him, accept my curse !

Hard to believe, it's past ten days, and I didn't get any blog here, that means, I 'm taking a normal, happy and peaceful life that I really want. It's the first time, that I got life is a stuff of one person, if there is someone involved in the peace will gone. So, i do feel appreciate for my current lifestyle - love my job, feel free to chat with my mates, back home, learn something, and sometimes, if it really has, perhaps I will cost few minutes to recall someone, and the memory with the guy, or the jerk.

It's Saturday, I spend my whole day looking "Desperate housewife", i had intended to use the chance to learn English, I mean, during the American tv-series. But I'm so attracted by the story it tells, so ... >///< lol

blushed . How to raise questions approprately

It was happened 5 days ago, a mail made me frustrated.

I kept my working habit -- When I got a question I wanna raise it to the responsible one as soon as I can. I wrote mails one by one to the outsourcing project's owner - please allow me use Yin to stand for her - to list all the questions I felt confused in dealing with the demands she made, I want to make them clear first, it's my working habit in these 5-6 work experience. I've asked Shen ( my boss ) whether it is suitable for bothering her ? He said "nono! she will appreciate for your questions, she like to make clarification"

But, 5 days ago, one of the Yin's reply mails made me blush at the same time when I read it.

It said "please make sure you have filtered all your questions through Shen, he can help you with technical problem, or, I will take the role to train you instead of your colleagues."
What..?!

Shen is really a gentelman with Western's manner, he smiled to me and told me "Don't feel frustrated, just feel free to ask questions, Yin likes accept those questions, but you need to use more clear words in your mails" and so on.

I brieved the words as bellow:
1. Try to raise questions in one mail instead of one by one (after all, the timeZone difference is 16 hours, so, I got the time to sum up them in one mail);
2. Try to use simple and clear words, in a more professional way;
3. Everytime I raise a question, give out my advisable solution, clearly;
4. I can ask Shen first, like Yin said.
5. Make sure the question is belonged to the ppl I ask.
6. Make sure the question is worth other's time.
7. "Look before you leap"

I found a book 《你的灯亮着吗？》, which intend to tell readers how to raise questions smartly in a approprate way. I will read it in the Spring Festival.

This little thing made me upset, I'v learned the points above from books, but I cannot use them in the real work and real life. I read many books, but now, I doubt how much of them were absorbed. and How to read a book?

Of course , this is not a great company as Tencent. But, seems the job and this company is likely fit me in a way. I had read an article about "How to know whether you like your current job or not". One of the points is you feel good with the colleagues and your jobs, and, you can enhance yourself but not wander around.
What I want to underline is ... all the colleagues seem friendly including those remote clients.
Mr. Shen gave me several simple tasks to practice. As you can imagin if I told you it's nearly one and a half year that I haden't made development job, you will feel astonished.. . perhaps.
We had a english dicussion meeting at this Thursday. I have thought that my oral english is soso to express myself clearly, but ... I failed. When I want to express that, how to deal with the problem that our clients and we have different time zones. They eyed each other, they didn't catch me at all ... that make me feel upset.
I should say "what should we do if we are in work when they are in off hours" ( this was sugguested by Mr.Shen, our manager). They are really very friendly, since I made several stupid mistake. You cannot believe I'd said a words like "he don't"... shit for the fucky English -__-

But fortunately, I accomplished 4 little tasks which made Mr. Shen feel good. Even one and a half year, many many things looks strange to me (like thouse CET-4 words return to new words to me, as well). I can handle the simple tasks by my experience and the friendly team's help.

We welcomed a new member Ruth to our English discussion meeting weekly. She was major in English, and has a very standard tongue. This was the first time that I realized my tongue is not standard as I think , which made me a little upset too...I am confused how to improve English ..if the customer gives me a call, how sucks if I cannot communicate with them?

It is pleasing that this job is not only limited to boring coding, but also some intereasting things.Mr.Shen gave us a helpful suggestion that he often see some english tv-series like "Friends", and he dosen't prefer checking the unknown words during the listening or reading, he said many words can explain by itself, and it will occure again, so you can remember what's that meaning. That's to say, he seldom recites vocabulary, but using English in the routine life.

Last morning ... when I told huahua that I spend much time of the spare time to study, she said, so pity to hear that, a 30-year-old woman should get marrige and pregnant and have a cute babe, but not work hard in office , and ... even study in the leisure time! Yes ...yes, everybody want a happy family, is there anyone dosen't want? But ... what can I do? what I can do perhaps is waiting and keep waiting, waiting for some guy who is really suitable for me. Just like we are born for each other.

Perhaps you guys here, can give me some suggestions on all of these o.o The earlier, the more, the better.

What a shame and stupid ..

What a shame and stupid that I give a bad impression to my boss when I told him that I spend a whole day in dealing with the stupid virus this Monday. Whatever if my working computer was infected by the fucking virus, i shouldn't inform this to my manager, what a shame of me to do this sort of thing .. My sister will blame me if she found that. (But .. what can I say about the rebuilding request -.- of course I cannot tell him a story, since I didn't get this habit.)

My manager felt confused about why the exprirenced people like me caught the fucky virus. I ran my computer without any anti-virus software for 5 days, so I caught the virus. This sort of "trifle" mistake means a lot, in fact. You can imagine a kind of virus make all of the system crashed inside the LAN. So, i swear it's the first and last time that I make this stupid mistake. I never let my pc involved in virus infection before this. Oh, shit... I hate that virus!

Except for the stupid notification, I told my manager that it's a long time since I quited my last develope job, so perhaps I will not catch up asap. What I mean is .. please don't give me difficult development task, at least now! I'v thought that he know about that, but he told me "oh, no, 别这么和我说", that means which scared him, because he want me to do mojority dev work. Oh, shit ... again

This is definitely the first difficulty here, that I must handle the new dev skill and I must take the dev work as soon as I can.

What's more is ... I don't know how to write an email with formal english. My colleague can make that, but I never write this kind of email at all even in Chinese! I have been worked for many years, but.. what i got from my jobs except the pity little money.

I'v read 6% percent of the english novel - "Harry Porter 1" within nearly 10 hours -.- it's grateful that the book is not hard to read, i supposed perhaps it's just for foreign children. The words is casual enough. I took the cet-6 thesaurus, what a foolish reciting method I ever used. I think there must be a more effective means to recite.

In a word, there are many things I need to face and improve, indeed, such as development skill English Writing skill, spoken english and so on. I need to rent a room near our company, so I can get more time to study and keep my life in regularer routine style...

English blog from now on

I have to improve my English from now on. I use NOKIA E72 to learn English all the way, eg. I copy many english novels to my mobile, and copy those newly updated VOA special news and VOA standards news and the scripts to my E72 too, and also, those useful tools for reciting the words of CET-4/6 or the others, I applied to a english chat QQ group. I force myself to speak to myself in English when I am alone.I try my best to read the novels which hard to understand for me. I search the words one by one by English-English dictionary. I listen to the webcast when I take bus. I recite words when I walk. I hand my mobile when I out of the computer. But of course, what is not enough for my new job. I should learn the new technology of c#/asp.net/jscript/jquery/xhtml/sql which are the must for a software engineerer. Also, i should learn to manage a team, as it's my carear road. I want to go abroad and interact with the foreign customers face to face. I have many dreams, many dreams dreams .. except romantic one.

Now, I want to write some blogs in english from now on. The words what I can remember or recongnize are very little, indeed. The grammer I'v known is even not better than a middle school student. Abosolutely, I cannot pass CET-4, now. These english blogs is no worthy to read by you guys when visit my blog. But... I will try my best to write with everyday improvement I get, I hope so.

Yestoday, I attended the activity of Beyondsoft that I'm working for. I am really appreciate for those friendly colleagues. I can say so far this is the best company that I ever served even that I just worked here for just one week sharp. I'm so lucky that Mr.Shen, who is my "boss" and a project manager, he is really very very friendly to all of us, his accent is not very standard, but he can understand what exactly those native english speaker said, and he can express himself by a fluent way. He gave me some presure and he have thought that I am major in english.. that's funny. And..furthurmore, Bruce is a really a handsome guy of 23 year-old, he seems keep improving his EQ and ability of how to interact with people. And Ferde who is one of the most cutest guys that I have ever met. He can always make us laugh and make some "classical" jokes ^^ and he is a good-looking boy of 23 year-old too.

As you can think till now. There is really one thing making me sad and akward, which is...many people younyer than me get married,and some of them have babies . Please don't misunderstand what I'm meaning. When I'm in shenzhen, many guys are live together with their boy friend or girl griend, they don't want to get married, they live together for severial years, i mean 3 to 7 years, but they don't want to get the "Red-card". Their family is not there in shenzhen, so they think live together is enough. They think that why should we get married? this life style is popular in shenzhen. And.. when they get bored with each other, or one of two fall in love with another one, the relationship break up. So, many venerable people return to be single, like me. A 30-year-old single lady is strange in wuhan, which make me feel a little awkard when interacting with my colleagues.

All the articles about forecast shows that 2010 is a blessed year to me, yes, to Scorpio. I hope so and with a big expectation including romantic dream.Yes ... now, I want to have my own family, I want to take effort to build a perfect family with a perfect guy that I love and love me.
